All tracks recorded at Noma 1-6-17 between 2000 and 2004, except "kashiihama", which may have been recorded in 1999. "the martian seam" combines two recordings; one is from 2003 and the other is from 2005. "beyond the sun" was recorded in Hirao 1-3-40.　Overlaps in time a fair bit with Sleeping Possession.
